Global real estate brokerage Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices expanded further into the Midwest with the opening of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices True Realty in Madison, Wisconsin.
The company announced on Friday that the new office will function as a full-service real estate brokerage company and will serve the Greater Dane County region.
The office is owned by Josh Lamp, Bailey Fedler, Laura Parman, Conrad Gorman, Marilee Gorman and Jonathan Horsfall, who will also oversee its operations.
“This brand will provide our agents the opportunity to embrace the Forever Brand and become a Forever Agent, and to be a trusted advisor not only during the transaction but forever,” said Bailey Fedler, co-owner of the new branch.
Clients can expand into the greater Madison area with the addition of this location, says Christy Budnick, CEO, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Agents of the new office can access the brokerage franchise’s referral and relocation networks, its “FOREVER Cloud” technology suite and tools for lead generation and social media marketing, according to a statement.
The Madison area’s lifestyle, culture, liberal mindset and attractiveness as a retirement destination are some of the other factors behind setting up the new office there, the release says.
The brokerage also said its Luxury Collection program will market premiere listings while its Prestige Magazine will highlight them.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices currently operates in 12 countries globally with more than 50,000 real estate professionals and 1,500 offices. Its 2021 real estate sales volume totaled more than $179.9 billion.
In February the brokerage franchise expanded into Michigan, with the addition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kee Realty, in April it expanded into Wisconsin with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bay Area Realty—Northern Office, and in June it made moves into Ohio with the addition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Metro & Fields Realty.
In August, Applegate Realtors in Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay regions in Mexico joined the brokerage and now operates as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Applegate Realtors.
