Christie’s International Real Estate and @properties are planting their flag in south-central Wisconsin. The firms announced on Thursday that they were partnering with Madison, Wisconsin-based LeGrand Real Estate to form @properties elleven Christie’s International Real Estate.
The firm, which currently has offices in Madison and Middleton, Wisconsin and is planning to expand its operation into Iowa later this year, is led by the mother-and-son team of Melissa LeGrand and Brogan Brunker, who have a combined 25 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and management, with a focus on providing premier relocation services.
“Our firm has always been focused on elevated service and marketing that differentiates us from other area brokerages.” LeGrand said in a statement. “Now, we can bring even more to the table for our agents and clients, as we leverage the strength of @properties in the Midwest and the luxury branding and reach of Christie’s International Real Estate.”
According to the release, the firm has increased its total sales volume by 30% since 2021.
“Melissa has built a brokerage with a focus on culture, innovation and an unparalleled commitment to client service, and we are thrilled to partner with her to bring the @properties and Christie’s International Real Estate brands to Madison,” Chris Lim, the president of Christie’s International Real Estate, said in a statement.
Madison is home to the University of Wisconsin and is popular with first time buyers, as well as luxury buyers looking for homes at some of the nearby lakes including Lake Mendota and Lake Monona.
Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate network is an invitation-only brokerage network. The network currently has affiliates in nearly 50 countries and territories world-wide.
@properties acquired Christie’s in November 2021.
