The first step in safeguarding the future of any real estate business starts from the same place — leads. This first step is why the brokerage-consumer-MLS relationship is so important. From Denee Evans, an MLS leader with a vision for the future, Gathering of Eagles attendees will learn the game plan for MLS innovation and opportunities when she takes the stage on June 21.
Evans is the CEO of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS). The company brings together more than 225 MLS organizations and helps them to enhance performance, exceed consumer expectations and modernize.
In her long career history, Evans has worked for several Fortune 500 companies as well as the government. Prior to joining CMLS, she pioneered a program to build a low-interest revolving loan fund for energy-efficient home renovations in the state of Nevada. She won the 2019 RealTrends Game Changer, 2020 HousingWire Women of Influence and a nine-time award winner of the Swanepoel Power 200.
Evan’s panel is, “Forging Ahead: Innovation and Collaboration in MLS.” REColorado’s president and CEO Gene Millman, Bright MLS president and CEO Brian Donnellan and MRIS Investor’s president David Charron are joining her on stage.
Evans and these industry leaders will discuss the shifting relationship between real estate brokerages and the MLS. They will also discuss the future of the MLS including new technologies and portals and strategies for lead generation.
