Douglas Elliman Acquires Vandenberg

Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the third largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States, has acquired VandenbergNew York City’s leading townhouse experts. Founded in 1990 by Dexter Guerrieri and Jane van den Berg Ordway, townhouse owners and investors themselves, the firm currently holds 16 townhouse exclusives around Manhattan totaling $150 million. Vandenberg sells townhouses city-wide, with an average listing price of $9.5 million.
