Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida announced today that Duff Rubin has been named to the newly created position of general manager of the company. In this position, Rubin will oversee the daily operations of the company’s approximately 80 offices and over 6,500 affiliated sales associates across the state.

Rubin will succeed current company President Clark Toole, who has decided to retire at the end of 2020. Prior to his new role, Rubin most recently served as the president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic, overseeing 28 offices and more than 2,400 independent agents in Greater Baltimore, Greater Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and the Maryland and Delaware beaches. During his tenure leading the company, Rubin streamlined processes, drove organic growth and grew the company’s commercial real estate offerings.

Bright MLS Names Chris Finnegan Chief Marketing and Communication Officer

Former Discovery, Inc. Executive Tapped to Lead External Outreach for One of the Country’s Largest Multiple Listing Services

Bright MLS, the leading multiple listing service (MLS) in the Mid-Atlantic representing 95,000 real estate professionals in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia, today announced that Chris Finnegan is joining the Bright MLS executive team as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.  In this role, Finnegan will oversee all external outreach for the organization; including marketing, communications, local account management, industry events, and shareholder relations.

Finnegan joined Bright MLS in March 2019 as Vice President of Marketing and Communications, focusing on media relations, industry outreach and brand development.
