There is so much to know about the future of Hispanic homeownership and it pays for brokerage and team leaders to understand the data. Jason Riverio is the executive director and chief operating officer at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Riverio will take the stage at Gathering of Eagles 2023. He will host the session, “CEO Playbook: Demographic Data as an Asset for Brokerage Leaders.”
CEO Playbooks are new to Gathering of Eagles this year. During these rapid-fire sessions, real estate executives will share their growth strategies, where they see opportunity, recruiting and business strategies and more. The 15 minute, off-the-record talks are a can’t-miss addition to the conference.
Riverio will share his experience working with demographic data and data’s importance to real estate leaders in today’s housing industry. In his position with NAHREP and with his previous companies, Riverio has always been a champion for minority voices.
He served as head of diversity equity and inclusion at Realogy, now Anywhere. He has been the honored recipient of the NAACP Freedom Fighter Award. Now, Riverio is also the host of ‘Multicultural Real Estate Pros,’ a podcast dedicated to lifting up housing industry professionals of all backgrounds. Riverio interviews real estate professionals and discusses marketing tips for growing your business in a multicultural market.
Throughout all of his leadership experiences, Riverio has seen the difference that accurate demographic data can make in this line of work. A real estate professional or homebuyer’s ethnic and social background are massive influences on their purchasing and business decisions. It is a piece of data that cannot be ignored.
