Real estate marketing company Luxury Presence launched a new suite of offerings that includes brokerage websites, branding services, and SEO and marketing tools for agents.
The new solutions will include IDX-integrated agent subdomain sites, lead routing, a Moxi integration, enhancements to its comparative market analysis, property importing, real-time editing, and the option to add off-market listings.
“The new features are built specifically for brokerages and teams to help them grow their business while providing sophisticated software tools and branding solutions to their agents,” said Malte Kramer, professional athlete turned Luxury Presence founder and CEO.
Among the marketing tools the company claims to offer will be brand identity development, logos, customized websites, and SEO tools, like points of interest data, walkability scores, and automated image SEO.
“It became clear that there was a need for Enterprise features to support the needs of organizations ranging from 10 to 10,000 agents,” Kramer said.
Some of Luxury Presence’s clients include Carolwood Estates, Village Properties, Revel Real Estate, Edge Realty, Aston Rose, Century 21 SGR, RE/MAX Destiny, and Gulf Coast International Properties, according to a statement.
Luxury Presence launched new lead-generation tools for agents and brokerages last November to scale their online presence. These included the lead generation tool On-Demand Ads and neighborhood information gatherer Our Neighborhood Data.
“We’ve been working on these tools for months, in anticipation of a market shift, to give our agents access to the best solutions for driving business growth in the current market environment,” Kramer said at the time.
It launched a referral network, Global Collective, in October 2022 for top-producing agents and teams with an average sales career of $1 billion.
The company’s clients were featured in the 2022 RealTrends Website rankings in several categories. Luxury Presence operates through a SaaS model and serves more than 7,000 clients. Last January, it acquired quality management company WorkClout.
