Marketing platform Luxury Presence acquires WorkClout

WorkClout is a Y Combinator-backed company

Real estate marketing and technology platform Luxury Presence (LP) acquired WorkClout, a YC company. The acquisition is designed to bolster Luxury Presence’s product and engineering teams and help Luxury Presence accelerate new product offerings.

Founded in September 2018, WorkClout is a Y-Combinator-backed company that provides a quality management platform that helps manufacturers streamline and automate internal audits, document control, visual inspections, training, and preventive quality design. Y Combinator is a community of 7,000 founders who fund early-stage startups.

According to a press release, WorkClout’s expertise in digitizing traditionally non-digital industries aligns well with Luxury Presence’s goal of creating innovative marketing solutions for the real estate industry.

WorkClout raised a $2.3 Million seed round and went through Y-Combinator in the W19 Cohort.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Malte and the LP Engineering team in the past,” said Richard Girges, Co-founder and CTO at WorkClout, in a press release. “When the opportunity arose to join LP and help bring modern technology solutions to the real estate landscape, it was a no-brainer for me. It was part of our M.O. at WorkClout to modernize important industries.”

Luxury Presence provides marketing solutions for agents, brokerages, and properties. In October 2021 they launched Global Collective, an exclusive global referral network and community for their top-producing agents and teams. This members-only network is composed of the world’s top 1% of agents and teams whose career sales average $1B.
