Movers & Shakers: Coaches Corner Live Tour Presented by RE/MAX to Hit the Road This Summer
All real estate industry professionals are invited to attend the 2021 Coaches Corner Live Tour presented by RE/MAX ®, a 13-city tour that will offer in-person access to premier real estate coaches Tom Ferry, Jared James and Wayne Fredrick. These value-driven sessions will focus on how to navigate current market conditions and will provide an opportunity for real estate professionals to share best practices, successes, and insights with their peers. The event will bookend in the Lone Star State; kicking off in Houston on Tuesday, June 8, and concluding on Friday, Aug. 6, when the tour wraps up in Austin.

Movers & Shakers: BHGRE announces affiliation in Westchester County, New York

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC announced that Westchester Choice Realty, Inc., based in Scarsdale, N.Y., has affiliated with the BHGRE® brand to become Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Choice Realty. The firm, which has locations in Scarsdale and Hartsdale, serves clients throughout lower Westchester County.

Led by owners Barry Kramer and John Crittenden, the company was founded in 2008 and is now one of the top independent brokerages in the market, according to the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®.

Movers & Shakers: Jack Markham Joins BHGRE Leadership Team as SVP of Franchise Sales

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC today announced the addition of Jack Markham to the brand’s leadership team. In his new role as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales, Markham will lead the national sales team to support the brand’s aggressive growth goals.

Markham’s career has been defined by a track record of successfully leading national sales organizations. He most recently served as general manager of Constellation Real Estate Group, which provides market-leading software for the real estate industry, focusing on driving growth across three brands. During his tenure at the company, Markham spearheaded multiple M&As and led strategic initiatives to help support broker and agent success.

Prior to Constellation Real Estate Group, Markham held several leadership sales roles, including overseeing the real estate division of Equator, a software solutions provider. There he led strategic initiatives to improve sales conversions, increasing agent revenue by 32% within the first year.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that ENEA Real Estate is now part of its global brokerage network and will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Athens Properties. The company will add one office and 18 real estate consultants to the global network and will service Attica as well as the main tourist destinations of Greece.

Movers & Shakers: Greg Rand named EVP Central Region of Coldwell Banker Realty

Greg Rand has been appointed executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Central Region. In this role, Rand is responsible for the sales and operations of the Coldwell Banker Realty branded companies in Chicagoland, Minnesota, St. Louis, and Texas. The companies in the Central Region, with approximately 105 offices and more than 8,700 affiliated sales professionals, represented more than $24 billion in sales volume in 2020. Rand begins his role effective immediately.

In his new position, Rand plays a key role in developing strategic plans that include innovative and dynamic approaches to the business to maintain and grow the companies in the Central Region. He will work closely with the executive committee of the company to oversee all aspects of the regional business, including operations, product, marketing, technology, finance, legal and human resources.
