Movers & Shakers: Three Women Honored as Daniel Gale Sotheby’s 2020 Production Leaders

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty announced Helen Deng, Peggy Morirty and Pamela Doyle as the company’s top-producing agents. 

Deng, who’s active in the New York City and Long Island markets, was named company-wide Production Leader, an honor she previously earned in both 2016 and 2017. Her largest career sale to date was a Manhattan penthouse that sold for $91 million. Moriarty and Doyle, who both work at the Cold Spring Harbor office, earned second and third place, respectively, as top company-wide Production Leaders.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty is a $4 billion-dollar that has 25 sales offices in the Long Island and Queens. The company employs more than 850 real estate advisors in the New York City metro area.

Movers & Shakers: Compass Opens Pittsburgh Division Headed by The Sisters

Fast-growing real estate platform Compass last week announced it’s opening an office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that will be run by Eileen Allan and Shannon Assad of The Sisters real estate team. 

Compass now has 18,000 agents in 26 cities across the nation and is the largest independent real estate firm in the U.S. Allan said her team is looking forward to adding the Compass Concierge program to their clients and customers. 

Compass Concierge offers seller clients no-interest capital for pre-listing improvements. Qualifying projects include things like roof repairs, decluttering, landscaping, and other maintenance projects meant to increase a property’s sales value. The seller repays the money when the home sells or the terms of the agreement are met or terminated. 

Movers & Shakers: Coldwell Banker Announces Award Winners

Realogy-affiliated Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC last week announced the names of its 2020 top-performing U.S. agents, teams and offices.

Carrie Wells, an agent at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate in Aspen, Colorado, took top honors for highest annual gross commission income earned by an individual agent. Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty, Beverly Hills, California, and Tim Allen of Coldwell Banker Realty, Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, earned second and third place, respectively.

The top sales awards for greatest number of total units sold went to Phil Rotondo of Coldwell Banker Realty, Palm Bay, Florida; Robbie Ingle, Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari Realty, Lake Charles, Louisiana; and Christine Dosen, Coldwell Banker Best Realty, Ridgecrest, California.
