Anywhere Integrated Services, formerly Realogy Title Group, on Monday announced the rebranding of its subsidiary Realogy Insurance Agency to Anywhere Insurance Agency.
“As part of the Anywhere family of companies, we have a deep understanding of the homebuying process,” said Jen Battista, president of Anywhere Insurance, in a prepared statement. “Our new brand reflects that expertise, and our commitment and ability to meet customers wherever they are—in-person, by phone, or through online channels that streamline and simplify access to our products.”
The Anywhere Insurance Agency brand will align with parent company Anywhere Real Estate Inc., according to the statement, and the agency’s underwriters will provide homeowner’s insurance and other coverage at a competitive price, according to the company.
The functions of the subsidiary will remain the same — to build a “frictionless transaction experience” and seamless handoffs among its brokerage, mortgage, title and escrow and insurance services.
“The rebranding of our insurance agency is another milestone on our journey to deliver even more value to agents and consumers with a fully integrated real estate transaction experience, from contract to closing,” said Don Casey, president and CEO of Anywhere Integrated Services.
Anywhere corporate rebranded last June and announced new naming conventions for its business units, including Anywhere Integrated Services.
Realogy, which includes six firms, ERA Real Estate, CENTURY 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran Group, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty, completed its rebranding to Anywhere Real Estate in July 2022.
“The brands really speak for themselves and will continue to have the same prominence that they have today,” Anywhere CFO Charlotte Simonelli said at the time. “I think what Anywhere is really meant to signify is how we are going to meet the consumer anywhere on their journey and how they want to transact residential real estate in the future.”
Anywhere Integrated, a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc., currently operates in 49 states and the District of Columbia and provides closing services in all 50 states.
