Artificial intelligence-powered real estate company Relitix on Tuesday announced the launch of its AgentIntel.AI portal, which will provide customized data to managers and executives at real estate brokerages.
The portal features the ability for each user to save searches and target lists for recruiting and retention purposes, review relevant office rosters and more.
The data on agents includes production details, skill ratings, individual agent predictions, data-driven coaching recommendations, and matches recruits with the best office to recruit them.
Relitix, founded in 2016, collects profile data on over a million agents each month.
The real estate tech company plans to provide customized lists for every company’s hiring goals, analyzing a firm’s agents and suggest coaching to their managers.
Rob Keefe, founder of Relitix, said in a statement the data generated by the portal will help recruiters access data insights easily and focus on suitable agents.
In a contributor article published on RealTrends in September, Keefe dove into why agents these days leave their brokerage. Keefe wrote that can Relitix’s AI can predict an agent’s departure by analyzing behavioral patterns.
Through Relitix’s examinations, it could be deduced that production level does not affect agent departures much. Age has an impact on this trend, where agents in their 20s, 30s and 40s are more likely to switch jobs than those in their 50s.
The company was also featured in the HousingWire TECH100 Real Estate Honorees of 2022. Relitix clients collectively closed nearly $200B in annual sales last year.
