The NALA Upgrades Platform for Online Reputation Management

The NALA, a marketing specialist for small and medium-sized businesses, recently redesigned its Reputation & Directory Management (RDM) platform with more features, including Google Analytics, Google Promotional Posts, review widgets, and additional review sites including Zillow. The platform gives small and mid-sized businesses a more active and positive online presence.

RDM, which utilizes online reputation and listing management software, lists and optimizes a business on up to 50 top directory sites and search engines, such as Google, Facebook, and Yelp, helping the business be found and rank higher in searches. The NALA’s RDM ensures that the business listing is consistent so it will get more visitors, which means more business and more customer reviews.

“The smallest inconsistency can be detrimental to your organic ranking,” said Eric Adams, Vice President – Production of the NALA. “The NALA keeps up with changes and maintains your listings accordingly.”

RDM helps SMB owners, including real estate agents and brokerages, request reviews from customers, while increasing the number of positive reviews received from one easy-to-use dashboard.

“First, we make you discoverable online, but it isn’t enough just to be found these days, you must stand out and have great reviews, so that once you are found, the customer will choose you to do business with,” noted Adams. “Keep in mind that 92 percent of consumers read online reviews before doing business with any company, 84 percent trust online reviews as much as their friend and if you are a real estate agent, 95 percent of homebuyers will use the Internet as an information source.”

In addition to the reviews, RDM’s directory listings contribute to the business owner outshining their competition. If you are part of a larger network, such as a law firm or real estate brokerage, and need your name to pop, you need an abundance of consistent listings to include your name as well as the name of the brokerage or firm. RDM does just that.

“Many real estate agents work with brokers and teams; however, they still need their individual identity out there, as well. Referrals, potential buyers and sellers will Google their name, not necessarily the brokerage. The listings include the Realtor’s name and brokerage, making it much easier for them to be found,” added Adams.

As part of the recent update, RDM now provides revamped analytics, including Google Profile Analytics, which includes visits, clicks, number of calls and directions. It also monitors button clicks for Google posts, review traffic and more. Clients can also request reviews for custom sites including Zillow, which accounts for 48 percent of all site traffic for real estate searches online.
