Donna’s coaching clients have been with her an average of 10 years, several nearly 15 years? Why? She is a master at supporting them to see what there is for them to see, so they can set goals worth going for and achieve them. Over and Over again. Each accomplished goal spring boarding forward to the next one! Simply put… her clients see Success on a regular and consistent basis. Together they work the steps needed to cross the border between dream and goal visioning and into the reality of having them in your physical life every day. Donna was recognized by Inman in 2015, Follow Up Boss in 2018, 2021, and 2022; by Wise Agent in 2019, and recognized by Inman again in 2020 as a top Coach in North America. Wherever you are now… if you want to grow, change, or prepare to sell your business, Your Coaching Matters can support you. Donna currently keeps a coaching schedule of 10-12 Private Coaching Clients from Florida to New York, and across the country to California and British Columbia and occasionally in European Countries. She also supports our 50+ Group Coaching Clients as well as the Your Coaching Matters Coaches and Staff. She teaches workshops and courses throughout each year as the topics are needed by the changing real estate market. Donna also Brokers a small office in Northwest Atlanta providing sales and property management. “Keeping ourselves in the business as we Coach Agents is important in staying top of our game.” On the personal side, Donna and Mike Stott have been married since 1992 and have 5 adult children. She is active in the Optimist Club and in spare time she loves cooking, traveling, and gardening. She adores hot tea, Audible, and Words with Friends and is learning how to SnapChat for the grandkids!! Donna and Mike moved from Oahu Hawaii to NW GA in 2007 to live near their kids and grandkids as well as provide a better time zone for Coaching clients. They adore babysitting their 8 grandchildren and have a nursery set up in their home for overnights. Next up are trips to Hawaii, Canada, and Venice Italy (again).
