Jorge A. Guerrero retired from a distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps in early 2021 and began his second career in real estate as the training lead for ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company in Beaufort, S.C. In his new role, he is drawing on more than 20 years of experience as a recruiter and trainer to support professional development for the firm’s nearly 60 agents.
