York Baur is a start-up and turnaround exec with a unique blend of general management, sales and marketing, and technology savvy. Baur specializes in venture-backed and family-owned technology companies and has extensive experience in fundraising and corporate development. Since becoming CEO of MoxiWorks in 2012, he has grown the company to over 290 Moxians serving over 800 brokerage clients representing more than 400,000 agents that make up over 25% of all transactions in North America. Baur’s experience at Microsoft as well as numerous other enterprise software and digital media companies along with his time at Salesforce.com partner Altify gave him the unique perspective needed to successfully guide the technology needs of enterprise brokerages and their agents. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Southern California.
