Keller Williams announced on Thursday that it has launched a new mobile application for its Command platform. The Command app was released into general availability for KW agents earlier this month.
The app is an extension of the Keller Cloud platform and it enables agents to access the features and insights already generated in KW’s CRM platform from their iPhone or Android device.
“We know agents spend over 60% of their time away from their desks, juggling between a variety of apps to manage their business on the go,” Chris Cox, chief technology and digital officer, kwx, the holding company of KW, said in a statement. “With the release of Command App, we’re seeking to further empower our agents with real-time actionable insights to drive their businesses’ growth.”
The main interface of the app features a dashboard which displays key insights and is home to three productivity sections, “Tasks,” “Who to Contact,” and “Things to Know.” In these sections agents are able to keep track of things they need to do, set reminders for tasks and see which clients have important anniversaries and dates coming up.
In addition, agents have full access to client data and can track their contacts and leads in real time. Agents also have the ability to text contacts directly through the app.
“We will continue to develop technology in direct partnership with agents – from ideation to design and iterating together through limited release deployments and testing environments to general availability,” Cox said in a statement.
The Austin, Texas-based brokerage first launched the desktop platform version of Command in early 2019, roughly a year after it launched its virtual assistant and collaboration platform Kelle. Like these other platforms, the Command app is a product of KW Labs and it is built off of the software that was used to power Kelle.
Last month, Keller Williams announced that it was forming a digital real estate school with educational and test prep services platform Kaplan.
