Her team conversion for online portal leads is over 7% and her 40 agent team is on track to do 1000 transactions for $250 million this year. Bowen’s company has been able to use her skills and place her in a position to lead the other teams to similar success. By working with other leaders she has been able to identify strengths and weaknesses within each team and use those to build a stronger team. Additionally, at Robert Slack, Bowen recently founded an emergency assistance fund to help her agents in times of need.
