Since launching her real estate career in 2010, Rivera has been motivated by her love for Dallas and networking. Alongside friend and business partner Jerry Mooty, Jr., Rivera launched @properties’ first franchise in Texas in 2021. Since opening its doors in July 2021, the franchise has gone from a two-person startup to a 40-agent firm on pace to sell $150 million in 2022. Rivera understands a sale is much more than “just” a sale – her success is based on hard work and strong relationships and she is extremely adept at leveraging @properties’ industry-leading technology to enhance her business. When she isn’t selling and finding dream homes for her clients, Rivera can be found volunteering her time with several local philanthropic organizations, including the Birthday Party Project, the Suicide Crisis Center, the Children’s Cancer Fund and Fresh Faces of Fashion.
