By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 2,737 homes on the market (+28%), with a median home price of $370,000 (-2%) and an average price per square foot of $177 (+1%).

At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 70 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had increased to 77 days.
