As the Director of Sales Managers at Tierra Antigua Realty, David Dynes provides day-to-day support to the designated broker leadership team and close to 1100 real estate agents. Dynes dedicates endless hours writing and teaching professional designation classes to help foster continuing education in the real estate industry. He has also implemented a mentor program at Tierra Antigua to pave the way for new licensees. Dynes spearheads this mentoring program, to ensure his agents receive the most up-to-date education, and in turn can provide the best service to their clients. In his role, Dynes oversees the management team at Tierra Antigua Realty, helping them navigate through issues that arise and making sure the agents are following industry rules and regulations. Outside of his direct responsibilities, Dynes has served on the Government Affairs Committee, Co-chair of the Young Professionals Network, MLS Board of Directors, MLS Treasurer and MLS President.
